Large Medjool dates with thick, almost fudgy flesh and a strong caramel sweetness, graded by count per kilogram and packed sealed in a 500 g tray.
Medjool is the date most people mean when they describe a date as caramel-like: glossy, large and considerably sweeter than Ajwa. "Jumbo" here is a size band by count, not a marketing word — a tray holds a stated range of dates per kilogram, so what you pay for is what arrives.
Nothing is added. No sugar, no syrup, no glazing; the shine is the fruit's own. Trays are sealed to hold moisture and we would rather move stock quickly than hold it long enough to need reconditioning.
