Soft Ajwa dates, graded by count per kilogram and sold in a sealed 500 g pack.
Ajwa are small, dark and soft, with a fine wrinkled skin and a mild, almost dry sweetness — closer to a raisin than to the caramel of a Medjool. They are not a substitute for Medjool and we price and sell them separately.
Dates are bought on two qualities that rarely appear on a label: moisture and size. A soft date and a dry one of the same variety are different products in the hand. We grade by count per kilogram, so "Ajwa" here means a stated size band, and we pack sealed to hold the moisture rather than leaving a tray to dry out in a warm warehouse.

How to use and store
Eat as they are, or split and stuff with a walnut half or an almond. Ajwa pair well with black coffee and with kahwa.
Keep sealed and cool; the fridge in summer. If a pack arrives firmer than expected, a few hours at room temperature brings it back. If it does not, tell us within forty-eight hours.
