Corporate gifting is a different problem from buying one good box. The box does not have to be exceptional; it has to be the same as the other two hundred, arrive in a defined window, and come with paperwork your finance team can process.

That is largely a supply question, and it is where an unstated ratio does the most damage — because a box built from whatever was cheap that week varies between batches, and the variation shows up across a list where the recipients compare.

Consistency across the list

Corporate orders are assembled from a single reserved lot per component, so every box on a list is built from the same material rather than from whatever the shelf held that day. The ratio is fixed in writing before the run starts.

GST invoicing against your GSTIN, with a single consolidated invoice for the order rather than one per destination. Purchase-order references are carried through to the invoice where you need them for reconciliation.

Branding and personalisation

Boxes can carry your branding on the sleeve or an inserted card, and individual notes can be addressed per recipient. Lead time depends on the finish; tell us the date you need them to land and we will tell you the latest date we can take the order.

Dispatch

Boxes can ship to one address for internal distribution, or direct to each recipient from a list you provide. Direct dispatch to a spreadsheet of addresses is the more common request and is the reason lead time matters.

What is the minimum order?

It depends on the box and the finish, particularly where branded packaging is involved. Tell us the quantity you have in mind and we will confirm whether it is workable and what it changes.

Do you invoice with GST?

Yes. We invoice against your GSTIN with a consolidated invoice for the order, and carry your purchase-order reference through to it.

How far ahead should we order for Diwali?

As early as you can. Branded packaging and direct-to-recipient dispatch both add lead time, and the festive window is when couriers are slowest — a list that has to land on a specific day needs weeks, not days.

Can you ship to each recipient individually?

Yes, from an address list you provide. Tracking references are returned to you per consignment.
