Products and pricing
We sell dry fruits, saffron and related products, sold by weight. Prices are shown in the listed currency and may change without notice. We aim to keep product information accurate but do not warrant that it is error-free.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed only when we accept and confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example due to stock, a pricing error or suspected fraud — and will refund any amount already paid.
Payment
Payment is due at checkout through the available methods. Orders are dispatched after payment is confirmed.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery policy, and cancellations and refunds by our Refund & Cancellation policy. Delivery estimates are indicative, not guaranteed.
Wholesale and B2B
Business accounts may be governed by separately agreed price lists and payment terms in addition to these terms.
Intellectual property and liability
Site content, branding and imagery are owned by us and may not be reused without permission.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the value of that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the courts of our registered location.
