Cancellations
You may request a cancellation before your order is dispatched by contacting us. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
Perishable goods
As food products are perishable, we generally cannot accept returns for a change of mind.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refund method and timeline
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. Banks and payment gateways typically take 5–7 business days to reflect the amount.
