Purified Himalayan shilajit resin collected in Ladakh, filtered and dried with nothing added, and sold by weight in sealed glass jars of 20 g and 50 g.

Shilajit is a resin that seeps from rock faces at altitude in the warmest weeks of the year. What is collected is raw material: it arrives carrying grit, plant fragments and moisture, and the work that follows is filtration and careful drying rather than anything more elaborate.

Two things about this jar can be verified. Where it was gathered — recorded by collection zone and altitude band rather than as a region. And what testing it has passed: heavy-metal screening per lot, with the report published rather than summarised. A resin drawn out of rock carries whatever the rock carries; altitude alone is no assurance of a clean one.

Consistency after purification: a resin that pulls into a clean thread at room temperature, dissolves without residue and leaves no grit in the glass. Each jar is filled by weight and sealed, with its lot reference on the base.

How to use and store

Dissolve a pea-sized portion in warm (not boiling) water or milk and stir until no residue remains. Use a clean, dry spoon.

Keep the jar sealed at room temperature away from direct sun; the resin softens in heat and stiffens in cold, both of which are normal and reverse.
