How to use and store
Use where a plain kishmish would be too sweet: in pulao and biryani, in rice pudding, in bakes, over muesli. Rinse and soak for ten minutes to plump them before cooking.
Keep sealed and cool. Raisins clump in warmth, which is normal and reverses with a few minutes in a cool place.
